On the recent study that client requested a custom highlighter. I continue to be very impressed. Out of a sample size of 600, I eliminated only seven for bad open-ends. I can't remember the last time I saw that (normally eliminate 60-70). You guys are doing something right. That's one reason I want to enhance and expand our partnership.
