When you walk into the door of Prodege’s Dallas office, you are greeted with a warm smile from each member of our team. One of those cheery faces, Jordan Thomas, Prodege’s Director of Sample Solutions discusses the benefits of working alongside a positive, innovative, and creative team that wins together!

When Jordan began working at Prodege about four years ago, she was instantly drawn to how the company’s principles aligned with her own personal values, such as honesty and integrity. The emphasis on teamwork also resonated strongly: “Being a part of the Prodege team means being passionate about building a solid foundation that others can rely on and providing solid solutions to support the success of that foundation. I love being able to take initiative, explore ideas, and empower team members to do the same. My driving force is when a client of ours is satisfied with our work, support, and customer care. At the end of every project, week, month, and quarter, there’s plenty to celebrate and plenty to grow from, and we do it together.”

Jordan values not only the team she supports from afar, but also each of her colleagues in the Dallas office. “When you walk in the door, the comradery, resilience, and work ethic is contagious. There’s always someone there to give you advice, support, or a laugh when you need it. We are a very diversified and talented group of individuals who take our roles seriously and come together as a unified team to influence positive outcomes for our clients.”

As for Jordan’s philosophy on leadership, she takes a page from her role model, Erika Nardini, the CEO of Barstool Sports. “In just over 3 years, she has grown the company from a regional blog with 12 employees to a national multimedia force with over 180 employees and a $450M valuation. She’s relentless, authentic, confident, and prides herself on pushing others (including herself) to step out of their comfort zone.” When assembling a team, Jordan strives to emulate Erika’s “rectangular” approach, which centers on hiring people with different skill sets and knowledge bases to create momentum, impact, and scale.

When she’s not working, Jordan enjoys traveling and attending concerts. One bucket list goal that satisfies both interests? A trip to see a show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado. Since she’s got hardworking teammates to cover her while she’s out of the office, she can unplug and fully enjoy that trip!
