Josef Gorowitz
Chief Executive Officer
An experienced entrepreneur, Josef Gorowitz is the owner and founder of Prodégé LLC. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Gorowitz founded MYM Trading, a physical commodity trading company focused on South American markets. Mr. Gorowitz has helped grow MYM Trading into a leading commodity trading company, taking it from a small start-up to a company whose annual gross revenue exceeds 12 million dollars a year. Mr. Gorowitz is also an investor and business partner in several early stage ventures, including Flipswap, Inc., a market maker for used consumer electronics.
Ron Leshem
Chief Marketing Officer
Ron Leshem brings to Prodege a diverse background in technology and entertainment. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Leshem provided linguistic consulting to Bay Area firms in the field of speech technology, including popular toymaker LeapFrog, Inc., for whom Mr.Leshem helped develop the voice-synthesis platform present on the Fly Pen line of educational products. In 2005, Mr. Leshem joined H5 Technologies, Draper Fisher Jurvetson funded litigation support firm, whose document review service involved advanced querying technology and implementation. More recently, Mr. Leshem worked in the New Media/Guest Appearance department at Abrams Artists Agency, a respected talent agency based in Beverly Hills. Ron Leshem holds a B.A. degree in Linguistics from the University of California at Berkeley.
Scott Dudelson
Chief Operating Officer
Scott Dudelson is an experienced business development leader with an extensive background in building on-line partnerships, public relations, event production and music journalism. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Dudelson was the founder of Music for Charity Productions (MFCP), a cause marketing/concert production firm that specialized in bonding the music industry with the non-profit sector. With MFCP, Mr. Dudelson worked with some of the top names in the music business and created on-line campaigns and produced benefit concerts with artists like Pearl Jam, Radiohead, John Mayer, Sheryl Crow, Bonnie Raitt, Garbage, Jackson Browne, Jerry Cantrell of Alice in Chains, and many other top-tier musicians. Mr. Dudelson and MFCP have been featured in over 50 print magazines and TV reports, including Rolling Stone, Hollywood Reporter, Variety, MTV, Chronicle of Philanthropy, and others. As a music journalist, Mr. Dudelson’s work has appeared in over a dozen newspapers/magazines, including a recurring column in noted music industry publication, Music Connection. Mr. Dudelson has been a guest speaker at the music industry’s largest conference, SXSW, in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
Eron Zehavi
Vice President, Sales & Strategic Partnerships
Eron Zehavi brings to Prodege a breadth of sales, marketing, and promotion experience through his work in sports, music, and entertainment. With a degree in Cinema & Television Arts from California State University, Northridge, Mr. Zehavi began his career focused on writing and creative development with brands like National Lampoon and The Laugh Factory. Over the next few years he gained valuable experience as the Director of Public Relations for Little Dog Records, the Los Angeles Area Manager for Brahma, and the Head of Direct Hire for Career Strategies. Mr. Zehavi then shifted gears to the sports world and the MiLB as the head of entertainment and on-field emcee for the Nashville Sounds, Triple-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. Most recently he worked as the Director of Marketing for the Stockton Ports, Class-A affiliate of the Oakland Athletics, where he was in charge of all television, print, radio, and grassroots advertising and marketing; created and implemented the full promotional calendar; oversaw the in-stadium promotion and entertainment; and worked extensively with corporate partners and sponsorships.
